Pure water window cleaning

• We use the reach and wash method, using pure water which is deionized, which leaves your windows to dry with a streak-free finish. 
• During the first clean, we will assess your windows, for those that are really dirty, we use an eco-friendly degreaser to cover your windows, frames and sills. Which are then cleaned and rinsed using our pure water system. 
• We use pure water as this is a safe method for the environment as well as our staff,  reducing the need for using ladders.

As we work off a cleaning round we cannot move around cleaning dates as we work in different areas. If you have a property with restricted access and you are unable to provide access due to a holiday or not being home. We will clean all accessible windows and charge accordingly. Once you are able to provide access, please contact us and we can arrange to come out and clean the areas missed. You have the option to skip your clean as long as you let us know before hand. 

We don't accept cash payments. We collect means of payment by bank transfer. Once we have cleaned your windows, you will receive notification via email or text message to let you know we have been, we require all payments to be made within 7 days from the day of clean. We provide VAT invoices for businesses. We reserve the right to remove you from our round if payments are repeatedly late. 

We clean windows in most weather conditions, unless it is snowing or there is extreme rain or wind. However if there is light rain we aim to still continue to clean your windows. If we have cleaned your windows in these conditions and you are not happy with the finish, contact us and we can arrange a re-clean free of charge. 

We generally can reach the windows safely from the ground in these areas due to using extendable poles or a hop up. If we have difficulties, we will discuss this with you when we provide the clean. 

We don't offer conservatory roof cleaning as part of our regular window cleaning service. However, this can be arranged at an additional cost. We usually recommend to clean your conservatory every quarter or twice per year, aligning with the changes of season. 

We will send you a text the day before we come out to clean your windows, we will also inform you if we are unable to clean your windows due to weather conditions. If we cannot access your property due to the gate being locked we will clean all windows we can access and if we are back in the same area the following day, will leave a note and can pop back the next day. If your property is coded access we may ask for the code. We reserve the right to remove you from our window round if we have repeated restricted access. 

If you are not happy with your clean or we have missed a window, please contact us within 24 hours and we can come out and provide a re-clean free of charge. We have the right to charge a call out fee if we return to your home and the windows are dirty on the inside of the window.
